The team configures and tests the contractor’s workflow, then runs the service rather than requiring the customer to maintain separate missed-call, CRM and review tools. Higher plans add capabilities such as technician dispatch, routing, maintenance plans and operating reports.
The free workspace is distinct from managed activation: live phone and booking workflows start with a paid plan. Some expanded features have explicit launch conditions, such as SMS sending after carrier registration. Customer-facing work remains subject to the service’s review controls.
