About AI Native Firms.
AI Native Firms explores a new generation of companies that build their services around artificial intelligence. Instead of simply selling tools for other businesses to use, AI-native firms put the technology to work delivering outcomes: legal advice, completed accounts, insurance coverage or a marketing campaign. We also cover specialist platforms embedded in the workflows of the teams doing that work.
A new way to deliver services
Y Combinator’s thesis on AI-native service companies describes an opportunity to build firms around the work AI can perform, rather than adding software to a traditional service. People remain responsible for professional judgment, relationships and the quality of the outcome. This directory follows that shift across industries, while making the distinction between a service you hire and software your team operates.

Service firms take responsibility for delivering work, with AI performing part of that work under human oversight. Software companies provide applications customers use to run a defined workflow. Profiles distinguish AI-native services, AI-led hybrids and specialist software. Broad creation tools, general-purpose AI applications and conventional providers with an AI add-on are outside this edition.
Foundation-model labs, hardware, infrastructure and developer frameworks are outside the main directory. A claim to use AI is not enough on its own.
Our curation standard
We prefer a smaller selection with a clear product or service, substantive AI delivery, and credible evidence of an operating business. Named customer work, team credentials, established products and investor records can support inclusion. Funding alone is not a quality score, and bootstrapped companies can qualify.
Thinly supported listings are held for further research. Missing evidence is not a judgment that a company provides poor service.
Selection and placement
Entries are selected using public information about the offering and the work AI performs. The company feed is shuffled, with General Legal placed first. The order stays consistent while you browse and load more companies. Homepage collections use selected examples from each sector. Placement is not a measured performance ranking. Name sorting is alphabetical.
Inclusion does not establish professional eligibility, service quality or suitability for a particular engagement. Check the provider’s current scope and terms.
Sources and review dates
Profiles link to the sources behind their descriptions and claims. Prices, results and capabilities retain their relevant scope and conditions. Company-reported information is distinct from independently tested evidence.
Each profile has a source-review date. The latest review in the dataset is October 21, 2026. A review date means public material was checked; it does not mean the company was audited or its product tested.
Missing information stays unverified. We do not infer funding, integrations, security certifications, prices or service coverage from silence.
