What SeekOut does
SeekOut provides sourcing, applicant evaluation and AI screening for recruiting teams. It searches external profiles and the employer’s own ATS, helping recruiters identify both new prospects and suitable past applicants.
Teams define role criteria and evaluation rubrics, then review ranked candidates with supporting reasoning. Talent insights inform the search, while personalized outreach and screening workflows help move suitable candidates toward an interview.
The same capabilities can be used in SeekOut or through its MCP connection within supported AI assistants. Its AI Coworker is presented in early access for delegated recruiting tasks. Recruiters control the criteria and decisions while agents perform the research and administrative work.
