BrightHire Screen runs asynchronous voice or video interviews using questions and evaluation criteria configured by the employer. Recruiters review summaries, transcripts and scores in their ATS, with screening and live-interview records available side by side.

Interview guides and copilots support the people conducting later conversations, while the shared rubric helps teams compare evidence consistently. The products can be adopted together or separately. BrightHire supports human hiring decisions with a more complete interview record rather than making the selection on the employer’s behalf.
