Overview
Prism is an AI-native recruiting service that sources and screens candidates for employers. Its team runs the search and provides an interview-ready shortlist, using its own network, the customer’s systems and the open web.
What Prism does
Employers brief Prism on a role and the service takes on opening the search, sourcing candidates and screening for fit. The output is a shortlist for the hiring team to interview, rather than software the employer must configure and staff.
Prism combines multiple sourcing channels, including a pre-screened pool, the company’s applicant-tracking system and external search. Feedback from the hiring team helps refine the search around the role rather than treating the initial brief as the final definition of a candidate.
The commercial model is success-based: its website publishes a fee as a percentage of salary, charged when an offer is signed. There is no separate monthly platform charge in that published offer.
Differentiation
Compared with a sourcing application
Prism carries out the search and screening, rather than only returning profiles for the employer’s recruiters to work through.
Compared with a single-channel recruiter
Its workflow combines the customer’s existing network and ATS with its own pool and external search, bringing the results into one shortlist.
