Overview
Jack & Jill connects candidates and employers through AI recruiting agents. Jack learns about people and their next career move, while Jill uses that context to introduce employers to candidates who fit a role.
What Jack & Jill does
An employer briefs Jill on a role and receives a focused set of introductions from Jack’s candidate network. The model is intended to reach people whose preferences and circumstances are already understood, including candidates who may not be actively applying.
The workflow combines the role’s requirements with candidate context rather than relying only on keyword matches in a resume database. The employer can use the resulting introductions to move into conversations with people who have a relevant reason to consider the opportunity.
The company’s service spans both sides of the hiring relationship: candidate understanding and employer search. It is therefore different from a scheduling assistant or a tool that simply ranks an existing pile of applications.
