Overview
OpenSpace develops visual intelligence connecting construction-site capture with coordination and action.
What OpenSpace does
OpenSpace is a visual intelligence platform for construction. It combines site photos, video, 360-degree walks, drone imagery and field notes into a shared visual record from early work through turnover.
Project teams use that record to verify installed work, compare site conditions with plans and BIM, track progress and coordinate issues. Capture options include work performed by the customer and walk or pilot services. Field notes keep observations attached to the location and visual evidence.
Progress tracking, AI agents and APIs turn the captured record into operational information connected with project-management systems. General contractors, trades and owners use the platform for coordination, documentation and visibility across a project or portfolio.
