What arqa does
Arqa supports Kazakhstan accounting workflows through an information portal, an AI assistant and tools for accounting-service teams. The portal provides tax and payroll calculators, explanations and templates linked to source legislation.
Its agency product connects with 1C and customer WhatsApp requests, turning messages into tasks and organizing client work in a shared CRM. Document processing covers batches such as invoices, reconciliation statements, bank records and other accounting inputs.
Implementation can be adjusted around the accounting agency’s database, tax calendar and recurring client processes. That product is distinct from an accounting firm taking over a business’s regulated filings: the agency or accounting team operates the work using the supporting system.
