What Moveworks does
Moveworks provides an enterprise AI assistant that finds information and carries out tasks across workplace applications. Employees can use conversational requests for IT support, HR processes, onboarding and other internal services instead of navigating separate systems for each step.
Enterprise Search retrieves permission-aware information from connected repositories, while the reasoning engine coordinates tools and actions to complete requests. Tool Studio, Knowledge Studio and an agent marketplace help organizations extend the assistant with their own workflows and specialized assistants.
The platform works through chat, web, portals and mobile experiences, with connectors into systems such as ServiceNow and common collaboration applications. Moveworks is now part of ServiceNow; its current product positioning brings the assistant together with ServiceNow workflows for employee service and execution.
