Overview
Legora builds a collaborative AI workspace for law firms and in-house legal teams. Its agentic operating system connects documents, legal research and the execution of legal work while keeping lawyers involved in review and judgment.
What Legora does
Legora helps legal teams analyze documents, research questions and produce work within a connected workspace. Its Agent is designed to plan and carry out multi-step assignments, review the results and deliver an output for the lawyer to assess.
The broader product includes Monitors for following relevant regulatory changes and Lists for organizing work and information drawn from documents. These components connect the information used in an assignment with the team’s responsibilities and next actions, rather than leaving the AI response in a separate conversation.
Law firms and corporate legal departments use Legora within their own legal-service processes. Its current positioning extends from intake through delivery, but the institution and its lawyers remain responsible for advice, client relationships and decisions. It is a specialist legal platform, not a law firm accepting matters directly.
Differentiation
Legal collaboration in the working tools
Legora combines legal research and document workflows with Word and Outlook add-ins, review tables and shared delivery through Portal.
Software used by legal teams
Law firms and in-house teams operate the platform in their own matters. Their lawyers retain responsibility for legal judgment and the work delivered to clients.
