Overview
Heidi Health is an AI care partner supporting clinicians across documentation and clinical tasks.
What Heidi Health does
Heidi Health provides an AI care partner for clinicians, with documentation, dictation, clinical evidence and enterprise workflow tools. Its scribe captures the encounter and prepares notes, codes and follow-up material for review.
The desktop application can dictate into other applications and capture telehealth audio. Clinicians can ask clinical questions, adapt documentation to their practice and use patient context across the visit. Heidi Remote adds a clip-on microphone for work away from a desk.
Enterprise offerings extend into preparation, communications, referrals and care-related administrative workflows. These include pre-charting, referral triage, prescription processing and identifying documentation or care gaps. Organizations choose the relevant scope and governance for their workforce rather than treating every advertised workflow as a single individual subscription.
