What Cargofy does
Cargofy supplies digital workers that carry out recurring logistics work across the tools and channels used by a shipper or carrier. Tasks include collecting carrier bids, dispatching loads, processing documents and tracking shipments.
The platform maps an operation before deployment, with workers connected to systems such as a TMS, ERP, email and GPS tools. Customers define what a worker may do and where a person must approve the next step.
Cargofy Studio supports the configuration of data models, workflows and new workers, including assistance through its System Architect. The focus is the execution of freight operations rather than a general chatbot or a reporting layer that only points out what a dispatcher should do.
