Asksuite connects hotel reservation teams and travelers through an AI-enabled omnichannel platform. It brings webchat, WhatsApp, social messages and inbound email into one operating environment for properties and hotel groups.
Sophia answers reservation enquiries using the hotel’s knowledge and provides a copilot for human agents. The AI Data Hub centralizes information used in responses, while AskFlow Agents automate service and follow-up tasks. WhatsApp campaigns and performance tools support direct-booking activity alongside the reservation conversation.
Hotel teams manage properties, channels and human and AI agents together. Reservation managers can review activity and service performance without separating every channel into its own queue. The product is designed around hospitality conversion and guest communication, including the handoff between automated responses and staff.
